The main business of the company behind Agricola Alba Pinot Grigio is to grow grapes and produce and sell wine, both still and sparkling. It is located in the area of Prosecco, and it has 45 hectares, divided between Prosecco Doc, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The other side of the business is commercializing its wines, which are sold in 15 countries throughout Europe and North America.

The grapes for this wine all come from their vineyard in Concordia. It is a very open site so it can be very windy and it is much closer to the Adriatic Sea than the vineyards in Conegliano. The soil is a mixture of clay and chalk. Vinification is done in three steps. First the grapes are pressed to acquire the must. Then the must gets cleaned and the yeast inoculated, in order to start the fermentation; after about 10 days the sugar is completely converted into alcohol. At this point the temperature gets lowered to stop the fermentation and the wine is clarified.
