Auco Reserva Carmenère is deep ruby red in colour and features aromas of sweet dark cherries, defined spices of cumin, cracked black pepper and cigar-box-style cedar. The oak  has rounded out the tannins to a desired smoothness and there are subtle herbal notes, all of which come together to offer a delightful Carmenere with a long and elegant fruity finish.

Auco Reserva Carmenère is a wine that will bring out the best in a honey-roasted ham or pork in a mustard sauce, it is a wine that will pair nicely with herb rubbed meats.
