Azabache Método Tradicional Brut Sparkling Rioja NV is a Traditional Method (aka Champagne Method) sparkling Tempranillo Blanco from Rioja.  An intense, bright straw yellow colour with golden hues. A deep, fruity nose with underlining aromas of white fruit and citrus, sweet notes and a very delicate and sophisticated floral base. Well integrated bubbles and a silky palate. Superb hints of white fruit with a long, pleasant finish. Pairs well with creamy sauces, white meat, fish and shellfish.
