Hints of vanilla, fresh wood, citrus and spice.
Exceptionally well-rounded - tropical, soft and fruity.
Long and lingering finish that replicates the palate with more of that earlier vanilla and tropical character.

Bache-Gabrielsen was founded by Thomas Bache-Gabrielsen in 1905. Several generations later the business is still owned and run by the Bache-Gabrielsen family, now being run by Thomas’s great-grandson Hervé Bache-Gabrielsen.
Tre Kors dates back to the Norwegian prohibition era (1916-1926). Liquor was only available for medicinal purposes, so young Thomas Bache-Gabrielsen replaced the existing three stars on the label of his VS Cognac with three crosses.
Tre Kors (Three Crosses) quickly became the preferred 'remedy' against illness and disease in the Norwegian population and - over a century later - is still immensely popular today.
