Aromas of ripe wood, vanilla, dried fruit – apricots almonds, dates, hazelnuts.
The taste reveals all the fruitiness of the Fins Bois and the elegance of the Petite Champagne. Finale note of banana and oriental spice.
Long and lingering finish that replicates the palate with more of that earlier vanilla and tropical character.

Bache-Gabrielsen was founded by Thomas Bache-Gabrielsen in 1905. Several generations later the business is still owned and run by the Bache-Gabrielsen family, now being run by Thomas’s great-grandson Hervé Bache-Gabrielsen.
"The idea behind the Triple Cask was to create a cognac which would stand out from the crowd by giving it the time to oxygenate letting it develop in roundness and versatility. We dared to go that stepfurther with our VSOP Cognac, despite it already meeting the quality criteria of Bache-Gabrielsen, we did this by transferring into small casks so that oxidization would continue."
