Burgerspital Silvaner Trocken was one of our stand out wines from a recent business trip to Dundee's twin town of Wurzburg. It's most at home in Franken, and this is an excellent example of the grape.
Stunning texture, reminiscent of high quality Burgundy whites at a fraction of the price. White stone fruits, great minerality, slight floral notes of orange blossom, and a full, rounded finish.
