From vineyards to bottling, we have chosen not to add sulphites in order to preserve authenticity and to limit chemical inputs to give the real grape expression on its terroir and to preserve the consumer from bad effects of sulphites.
Citrus Aromas, Tangerine and wild flowers. The mouth is fresh, lively and complex with notes of fresh fruits. The finish is slightly spicy and lemony.
This wine matches very well white meat, grilled vegetables and a range of cheeses, it can also be served with some deserts such as Clafoutis with seasonal fruits.
