Bela Roble Ribera del Duero by CVNE is deep cherry-red with purple tinges. This wine boasts an array of complex aromas, from delicate floral notes to ripe red-fruit flavors such as redcurrants and raspberries. Subtle sweet spice aromas from the barrique coupled with notes of vanilla and clove add further dimension. On the palate, firm tannins come through, along with a lingering fruity finish and a mineral note that confers elegance and finesse.
Red meats cooked over an open flame or roasted pair well with CVNE Bela Roble Ribera del Duero. Additionally, this wine is the perfect accompaniment to pizza and pasta dishes, casseroles and stews. Enjoy it with mild creamy cheeses or more mature stronger types, such as chorizo and aged cheese.

Vineyard and Winery
Hand-picked grapes from 25-year-old vineyards located at 800+ meters in Villalba de Duero are precisely chosen to create Bela.
This area features a continental climate and two types of soil, namely sandy loam (aromatic wines) and clay loam (full-bodied and structured wines). The latter is less permeable and typically reaches around one metre in depth, with a medium concentration of carbonates.
The winemaking process involves traditional methods, such as cold maceration prior to fermentation in stainless steel tanks, as well as nine months of aging in French oak barrels.
This Ribera del Duero wine is aged for a minimum of three months in the bottle before being available for consumption.
