Classically styled Loire Sauvignon from a little known region not far from Pouilly-Fumé. Dry and racy with vibrant, chalky gooseberry and grass flavours and zingy but modulated acidity. It makes a good-value alternative to Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé.
