Over the course of these many journeys, he grew fond of the Beaune region and its wines. In 1995, the Henriot family took the helm of Bouchard Père \u0026amp; Fils. From 1996, Joseph Henriot further enriched the Domaine with the acquisition of new, prestigious terroirs.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe decision to convert to organic farming practices began in 2009. Since then, agroecological practices have been gradually implemented across the Domaine. The decision to convert all the entire Domaine to organic practices is the result of a collective commitment from the family, the management, and the teams who work on location daily. Starting with the 2025 vintage, all of the estate's plots will be certified organic.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eVineryard and Winery\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe chardonnay grapes are hand picked, in small 13-kg crates.
