Toasty oak and ripe, juicy mangoes on the nose, the palate is ripe, yet with plenty of fresh chablis acidity. Around 20% of the wine is fermented in oak barrel, the rest in stainless steel.
The oaked proportion remains in barrel for 8-12 months, giving it a rounded, well balanced mouthfeel. This will be long-lived; expect at least five years' drinking.
