On the nose there are marvelously thought provoking complex aromas with fruit and sherried malty tones. The palate comes in waves and offer up suggestions of fine sherry wine, cognac brandy notes alongside fruit, nuts, marzipan and dessert icing.  The falovours suggest a wonderfully indulgent Christmas cake in liquid form This is a whisky you never want to end.
