In Situ Reserva Pinot Noir has high intensity floral aromatics sitting comfortably alongside herbaceousness The tannins are soft and silky in this well balanced wine.  There is good length on the finish which is carried by the fresh fruit.

You can, of course choose to enjoy In Situ Reserva Pinot Noir any way you wish but as ever we have a couple of suggestions. As an elegant new world wine it can be enjoyed on its own but this is a lovely seafood red, try it with with baked salmon dishes, Ravioli or even Sushi. There is no doubt that it also works well with Red Meat though avoid big sauces and just savour the quality of the meat with the quality of the wine.
