Bright salmon colour, characteristic of pinot noir rosés. Floral notes of rose and peony at first, followed by raspberry. Vivid and pleasant with an elegant and lovely finale.

With the natural fresh acidity of the Pinot Noir Grape this is an excellent food wine.  It works well with Grilled and Roasted White Meats, Fish and Shellfish, stands up to the high acidity of tomato sauces on Pizza and in Pasta dishes.  It'll also work with Salads and is an excellent Picnic wine (if we get a summer).  Pinot Noir and cheese are an ideal match, try this one with Mild Creamy Cheeses.
