Kimera Ancestral Pet Nat Blanco has delicate bubbles that softly caress the palate and are not particularly persistent, which allows for the flavours of the wine to really impress.  There is freshness with a fruity aroma and a pleasing presence of herbs, characteristic of the Garnacha Blanca in the sub-region of San Martín de Unx in Navarra.  Kimera Ancestral Pet Nat Blanco is cheerful, fun and lively on the palate, again with a mixture of nuances going between the typical white fruit of the variety and the more aniseed notes of the San Martín de Unx area.

This wine works with a wide variety of dishes and that includes some desserts, largely due to the fresh characteristics that the delicate bubbles bring.  It is a very good companion for grilled meats, barbecues, and any smoked or "toasted" flavoured foods due to its fresh and fun character, but it also works with vegetarian dishes, legumes, even with a number of stews and roasts.
