White stone fruit, white peach, apricot, cool and delicious. Think Fuji apple, red plum, and lime leaves. Focused and a very long, minerally finish. This wine kicks ass with bags of complexity, showing notes of white peach, and mineral notes. Zesty fresh with a really long finish.
Fab on its own or with Asian food. Great with Seafood, especially Crab.
