This Limited-Edition release, which is the highly anticipated conclusion to the first Casks of Lindores Series, sees the Lindores Lowland Single Malt Scotch Whisky matured exclusively in Oloroso Sherry Butts from the area around the city of Jerez de la Frontera in Spain.

Distillery Manager, Gary Haggart, has been at the helm in the Lindores still room since they started production back in December 2017. His traits as a perfectionist in seeking to create a New Make Spirit of exceptional quality, has seen his use of local barley, long fermentations of 119 hours and slow distillation runs through the sister spirit still set up, being crowned as category winner of Scotland’s best New Make Spirit in the 2020 World Whiskies Awards. The matured article has seen Lindores Whisky win Golds and Double Golds at some of the industry’s most prestigious awards of 2022. With stunning New Make Spirt maturing in exceptional Oloroso Sherry Butts, this harmonious bond has resulted in a remarkable Lindores Lowland Single Malt Scotch Whisky for the third Limited Edition bottling in ‘The Casks of Lindores’ series.
