Oliver Zeter Sweetheart Sauvignon Blanc is a robust sweet wine crafted from late-harvested, highly mature Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Its flavour profile is characterised by an exotic, tropical, spicy taste complemented by a sophisticated acidity and a pleasant fruitiness. Highly recommended as an aperitif or to accompany fruit desserts.
The drinking bear on the front label with nearly human features was drawn in 1933 by a famous Palatine painter as a tribute to Oliver Zeter’s great-grandfather Walter Baer.

Vineyard and Winery
A total of seven vineyards in southern Palatinate and Mittelhaardt are planted with seven different Sauvignon Blanc clones. The decisive advantage of this is the various microclimates of the different sites which are beneficial in terms of flavour diversification. The soils in which the grape vines grow are as distinct as the sites themselves. Training usually occurs as cordon which leads to a grape area that is linear and therefore easier to handle. The vineyards are permanently green partially due to natural herbs and sowed grass. The grapes are fermented spontaneously before they being exposed to the cold January “open air”.
