Rocca Maura Côtes du Rhône Blanc is a delightful pale green colour with clear, intense, white fruits, pear, white peach and a slightly citrussy aroma. There are also mineral notes. The mouth is mellow, with an aromatic explosion of peach and citrus and the good length finish is harmonious.
Enjoy it with a Mushroom Risotto or with Vegetable and Lemon Tagliatelle.
