Tasting Note

Bursting with Islay character on the nose - Expect streaky bacon and peated barley. The palate delivers more of that smoky style - Bonfire ash and charred oak alongside an earthy yet sugary sweet style. The finish is long with cured meats, washed-up seaweed and damp leather.
