As far as it is known this is the only mono-varietal Orangetraube in existence and since the grape is not officially on the DAC (Districtus Austriae Controllatus) register of permitted varieties so the name on the label is shortened to 'OrangeT'. They are also not allowed to print the vintage.
Stainless steel has been used for fermentation and storage to maintain freshness and brightness. The grape used ,Orangetraube, is closely related to the Traminer family and those typical intense peach, apricot and honeysuckle notes are on display here.
Try Zahel Orange T with clean spiced Thai dishes.
