Crafted in Kansai on the island of Honshū for more than 100 years, Kiyoko is a real Yuzu-infused aperitif.
Produced in Japan’s mountainous South, where sharp temperature variations and an abundance of sunlight precipitate the ideal cultivation of the yuzu, Japan’s rarest fruit. The pure yuzu juice is blended with a Junmai Sake to create this exceptional aperitif.
This has lots of zesty citrus: it’s refreshing, with a fantastic balance of bitter and sweet. Tart lime and tangy lemon combine with a sweet pineapple note on the mid-palate. It’s very tropical, with a soft texture: having this over ice on a summer’s day is a combination that will be hard to beat. It’s as impressive as it is tasty.
