During the COVID-19 pandemic we will be offering free local deliveries (DD1-DD6) to orders valuing over £65. If your purchase is less than £65 it will incur a £7.99 delivery charge. All orders are to be placed through our website if possible. If you are a regular customer and would know what you would like, you can email email@example.com with your order, address, and a telephone number and we can arrange delivery. Please leave delivery instructions on how we can help you maintain your social distance if you are in a high risk category.
Please bear in mind we are a small team. We always aim to get deliveries out within 3 working days. If it has been more than 3 working days since you placed your order please get in touch using the email address above.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we cannot guarantee delivery times or dates. We do our best to send packages within a day after we receive your order, and you will be notified when a courier has been booked.
After you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation.
We expect to deliver within three working days of receipt of your order. For deliveries to more remote areas, delivery can take a couple of extra days.
Our delivery charge is per delivery address, regardless of whether the order is for six bottles or a thousand bottles. For orders under £150 our delivery charge is £7.99. These charges are for delivery to anywhere in mainland UK, so it is worth ordering a decent quantity.
FREE DELIVERY OPTIONS: Mainland delivery is free of charge if you spend £150 or more. For customers in postcodes DD1 to DD6 inclusive, delivery is free of charge if you spend just £65 or more. Otherwise, standard delivery charges (£7.99) apply.
We normally deliver Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm, but during busy times, deliveries may be made outside of these times. We can deliver to places of work if you request it at the time of order.
If you are not in when the courier attempts to deliver, then a card will be left informing you that an attempted delivery had been made. If you do not contact the courier company, a second attempt will be made. Alternatively, you may authorise the courier to leave the order in a certain place. There is a textbox in the shopping checkout where delivery instructions can be left should no one be home to meet the courier. Let us know if you want the courier to leave your order in a certain spot (e.g. at back door or in a shed etc). IMPORTANT NOTE: if a request is made for wine to be left unattended we cannot be held responsible if the wine goes missing after the courier has delivered it. If there is no contact after the second missed delivery, the wine will be returned to us and we will credit your account, less the delivery charge.
In the unlikely event that there are any breakages, the carrier will need to collect the damaged case including the damaged contents. If you have any queries regarding delivery please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
CLICK AND COLLECT
From Monday 15th June we will be open for click and collect only. Hours for click and collect are as follows:
Monday to Friday: 11am-4pm
There is no minimum spend for Click+Collect. If you know what you would like but do not see it on our website we can take a payment over the phone and have it ready for click and collect.
