Our minimum order is any six bottles.
After you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation.
We expect to deliver within three working days of receipt of your order. For deliveries to more remote areas, delivery can take a couple of extra days.
Our delivery charge is per delivery address, regardless of whether the order is for six bottles or a thousand bottles. For six bottles and above our delivery charge is £7.99. These charges are for delivery to anywhere in mainland UK, so it is worth ordering a decent quantity.
For deliveries to offshore islands and elsewhere, delivery prices are available on request. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01382 641111 for details of these delivery costs.
FREE DELIVERY OPTIONS: Mainland delivery is free of charge if you spend £150 or more. For customers in postcodes DD1 to DD6 inclusive, delivery is free of charge if you spend just £50 or more. Otherwise, standard delivery charges apply.
We normally deliver Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm, but during busy times, deliveries may be made outside of these times. We can deliver to places of work if you request it at the time of order.
If you are not in when the courier attempts to deliver, then a card will be left informing you that an attempted delivery had been made. If you do not contact the courier company, a second attempt will be made. Alternatively, you may authorise the courier to leave the order in a certain place. There is a textbox in the shopping checkout where delivery instructions can be left should no one be home to meet the courier. Let us know if you want the courier to leave your order in a certain spot (e.g. at back door or in a shed etc). IMPORTANT NOTE: if a request is made for wine to be left unattended we cannot be held responsible if the wine goes missing after the courier has delivered it. If there is no contact after the second missed delivery, the wine will be returned to us and we will credit your account, less the delivery charge.
