Hay Diddle wines are handcrafted with minimal intervention as to truly reflect the most pure expression of vineyard, vintage and variety. From the vineyard to the bottle, only the gentlest techniques are utilised; harvest by hand, whole berry de-stemming, open-vat temperature controlled fermentation, gentle basket-pressing and no finning or filtration prior to bottling.

A deep ruby red with purple hues Hey Diddle Malbec Cabernet Sauvignon graces the nose with aromas of rose and violet enveloped in lashing of liquorice all sorts. Characteristic Malbec showings of blackberry, plum and dark chocolate are elegantly held together by a complex vice like tannin structure. Completed by an injection of the finest French Oak.
