After a careful vinification of the Albariño variety and maceration of 28 selected botanicals, including the Herbón-Padrón pepper, St. Petroni Vermú Blanco is born. This pale yellow vermouth exhibits mineral touches, overt citrus aromas, and herbaceous notes. The flavour is balanced, structured, and invigorating, culminating in a broad and elegant aftertaste of spiced sweetness.
