Food Pairings:
Best served well-chilled straight from the fridge as an easy going garden wine. When it comes to food, its natural touch of sweetness makes it a terrific match for dishes with a bit of spice or sticky glaze. Try it with sweet-and-spicy barbecue pork ribs, a bowl of prawn pad Thai, coronation chicken salad, or mild coconut chicken noodle soup. It also works a treat alongside fresh fruit tarts or an Eton mess.
