Soumah of the Yarra Valley Hexham Chardonnay offers a rich and complex palate, featuring notes of preserved lemons, toasted hazelnuts, and fennel. This well-balanced wine pairs perfectly with roast monkfish, sea-bream, French onion soup, and spatchcock chicken. Sophisticated, charming and delicious and well worth the price. Traditionally fares well in the Single Vineyard Category at Aussie Wine Awards.
