About the Producer
Southern hints and scents can be found in the Brunilde di Menzione wines and with the help of their owner, Schenk Italian Wineries, this is a range which is great in taste and quality. The elegant packaging makes them even more precious, in order to offer a high quality range of products with a winning design.
Schenk Italian Wineries is by far one of the most significant wine producers at national level. Founded in 1952 in Reggio Emilia, and relocated in 1960 to Ora, South Tyrol, the headquarters of the first winery are closely tied with the production area.
Vineyard and Winery
Grapes are picked up manually in October, using little boxes, and then destemmed and softly pressed. It follows the traditional vinification in red at controlled temperature of 22°-24°C and the aging in barriques. The bottling takes place around the end of the following year, after the harvest.
