No Lemon, No Melon Merlot Blanc is a crisp white wine with fresh ripe stone fruit or peach and tropical melon as well as lime citrus fruit.  There are freshly cut flowers, and a hint churned butter, and the wine delights with its clean refreshing flavours and structured body.  A delicious white wine produced from gently pressed red Merlot berries, fermented with Australian yeast, and aged in oak barrels.  This is a unique expression of a grape generally associated with high quality smooth red wine production.
