Tattarrattat Merlot is a Natural and Low Intervention wine made from Merlot grapes using the Carbonic Maceration method. A process often associated with the lighter reds of Beaujolais. Chateau Picoron show here with Tattarrattat that even with Merlot this makes for a lighter, brightly coloured and delicious fruity wine.
Crunchy, fresh, and juicy red summer fruits come to the fore and have strong support from sour cherry and red apple flavours. A light natural spritz enhances the clarity of the fruit flavours.
Pair Tattarrattat with fillet steaks or Veggie burgers.
