Boccantino Susumaniello Salento IGT is a dark ruby colour with purple glints, this wine opens with vibrant red fruit aromas that leap from the glass. The palate delivers bold, concentrated flavours with excellent structure and a lingering finish. A food-friendly red that shines alongside hearty pasta dishes, grilled meats, and mature cheeses.
Vineyard and Winery
The grapes are harvested by hand during the second half of September and the fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. When fermentation is over, the wine ages in the bottle for 3 months.
