Il Traliccio Sangiovese is a light and easy drinking wine with soft tannins and a juicy finish. This wine has bright, fruity aromas and appealing cherry and damson characters on the palate. It is an excellent source of lower ABV wines! It is a brilliant match for classic Italian tomato-based dishes such as pizza and pasta.
About the Producer
Established in 2003, Adria Vini is a winemaking venture jointly owned by Boutinot and Araldica Castelvero, the leading co-operative in the Monferrato hills of Piemonte. Our aim is to produce authentic, well-priced still and sparkling wines from local grape varieties. All aspects of production, from grape selection through to vinification, maturation, blending and bottling are meticulously overseen by Araldica's winemaking team of Claudio Manera and Lella Burdese. We source from a range of private growers and cooperatives, with whom we have long term relationships, principally in Veneto, Friuli, Lombardy, Siciliy, Puglia, Abruzzo and Sardinia.
Vineyard and Winery
The Sangiovese grapes are early harvested from vineyards in Emilia Romagna. Then fermented in stainless steel and lastly, the wine is bottled at 11%.
