Pazo Cilleiro Albarino is a captivating white with remarkable depth and energy. Pale gold with greenish hints, it opens with crystal clear notes of citrus, white stone fruits, and delicate florality. On the palate, it's crisp and beautifully structured, the hallmark of fine Albariño. There is a clean, lingering finish that refreshes and satisfies in equal measure. Clearly a natural partner for seafood in all its forms: grilled white fish, oysters, mussels, prawns, langoustines, and sushi. It shines alongside paella, fideuá, and seafood-dressed pasta, and complements fresh salads with equal grace. Serve at 9–10°C to fully experience the elegance and vibrancy.

Vineyard and Winery

Quality vineyards in the vicinity of the winery, in the Salnés Valley (Pontevedra). This is an oceanic climate, with mild average temperatures and very high rainfall (over 1,500 mm/year). The recent vintage was distinguished by normal climatic parameters and a dry, warm end to the growing season, very favourable for harvesting. The grapes arrived at the winery in optimal condition. The vineyard soils are of granitic origin, rich in quartz and of sandy texture. The 100% Albariño planted vineyards are 20 to 25 years old, grown both on trellises and in the traditional pergola system. Harvest was by hand, into small boxes. This vintage's harvest, earlier than usual, took place mostly in the first half of September.

Fermentation last 14 days in stainless steel tanks. The wine was presented to the market after a few weeks of resting in stainless steel tanks.
