About the Producer

Located in Casas Ibáñez (Albacete), this unique family winery has old organic Bobal vineyards, cultivated in the transition zone to the Cabriel Valley. Wine Designation of Origin Manchuela: Vega Tolosa Family Farms. Recently, the Cabriel Valley has been declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO .

The winery has transformed and modernised the various stages of winemaking in recent years. At Vega Tolosa they take care of each and every product to achieve the highest quality. The Vega Tolosa project began in 1998, based on the philosophy of adapting the resources provided by the previous generation. In this way, the old Bobal vineyards and their cultivation methods have been preserved to create a quality organic wine.
