Vineyard and Winery

From high-quality Merlot grown on well-drained limestone slopes. The moderate Bordeaux climate ensures slow ripening and balanced acidity — essential for sparkling wine production — while the terroir imparts purity and finesse.

Crafted using the traditional method, with secondary fermentation in bottle to build fine bubbles and complexity. Extended lees ageing enhances texture and adds layers of brioche and subtle spice to the fruit-driven core.
