Domaine Villemaine L'élegant Blanc Brut is a traditional method sparkling wine made from 80% Chenin Blanc and 20% Chardonnay.  It is pale yellow in colour with green hints.  The fine and fruity nose is elegant and is followed by the harmonious palate that comes with floral notes and orchard fruit.

An elegant apéritif, but a lovely option for a wide range of seafood, poultry or cheese dishes whatever the occasion.  Great with Fish and Chips.
