About the Producer
Founded in 1978 by the vision of Italian-American brothers John and Harry Mariani, Banfi represents a superb marriage of winemaking passion and technological innovation. Vineyard and Winery
Typical Tuscan vineyards on various soils rich in sands or clay and pebbles. Vines are spur cordon trained.
Separate fermentation of Merlot and Sangiovese at controlled temperatures (13°C16°C) in stainless steel tanks with a minimum of 2 months on lees.
