Nose: Warm brown sugar, pecan and oak. Buttered toast, cherry cordial, baking spice nutmeg and coriander
Palate: Walnut, maple syrup, coconut and cinnamon with a warmth and sweetness.
Finish: More Cinnamon worth oak and a touch of campfire smoke.
