Intense ruby red with light purple hues, tending towards garnet with aging.

From a gastronomic point of view, it prefers boiled, braised, roasted meats, noble poultry and mature cheeses.
Vineyard and Winery
Harvested by hand in the first ten days of October, its grapes, once destemmed in a soft way, undergo a maceration of about 14 days. During this period the wine also completes the alcoholic fermentation at a temperature not exceeding 20°C, to then be introduced into barriques, where the malolactic fermentation ends. It is then subjected to a further 6 months of refinement in wood and to rest in the bottle.
