Paparuda Pinot Noir is fruity, rich and potent, with layers of ripe black cherry, raspberry and cinnamon. Deep, with pretty fruitcake and spicy aromatics. Lingering aftertaste.

Has the freshness, balance and acidity to work with fish, especially tuna.  Also great with game, spicy foods and red meat depending on the sauce.
