Hatozaki Pure Malt Whisky has been aged in former bourbon, sherry and Mizunara casks from the Hokkaido and Tohuku forests, this whisky presents a luxurious profile of cereal and dried fruit, accompanied by subtle notes of smoke and honey at the end. Comprised entirely of malt whiskies and blended from 5 to 6-year-old single malt, it is produced in limited quantities of no more than 20 casks. It is also never coloured or unchillfiltered.

Aromas of malted cereals and dried fruits give way to a light smokiness and a delicate honey finish. This highly approachable whisky has a generous, rounded flavour.
