Astobiza Txacoli is a straw yellow wine with green highlights, boasting intense varietal aromas of white fruits, citrus and stone. On the palate, its freshness and balance make for a long-lasting aromatic finish, with slight bitter and mineral notes indicative of its unique terroir.

Vineyard and Winery

Astobiza stands out due to its varietals, production methods, and attitude. It is composed of 90% Hondarrabi Zuri and 10% Hondarrabi Zuri Zerratie grape varieties.

A meticulous selection process begins with a plot-by-plot evaluation and hand-picked harvest; followed by the careful removal of stems and a cold maceration procedure prior to a delicate pressing. The must is then statically settled, fermented at a regulated temperature, and undergoes an inert process before being microfiltered and stabilised.
