Babito Brut is a harmoniously balanced, classic sparkling wine made using the traditional method. It boasts tantalising hints of crisp apple and zesty lemon, complemented by delicate undertones of nuttiness and pastry. This is a specially matured, traditional-method fizz produced in Catalunya, Spain by winemaker Pamela Geddes. Babito is recently disgorged for optimum freshness having spent 20 months on fine lees developing a beautiful creamy texture to back up the delicious fruit flavours from the xarel-lo grape.
