The Original Ten was matured in a trio of casks - bourbon barrels, sherry casks and virgin oak casks - imparted a bounty of honeyed fruit and softly toasted oak notes, alongside just a hint of smoke.
On the nose - nectarine, honeydew melon, vanilla sponge with cream and jam and a touch of cedar. Upon tasting there's more baked goods - now croissants dipped in milky coffee and cinnamon rolls. Still packs plenty of creamy orchard fruits notes, plus a waft of earthy peat.
