Cantina di Negrar Corvina provides a great entry point to the classic reds of northern Italy. Distinctive black cherry and red fruit aromas precede a light to mid-weight palate exuding supple, taut cherry fruit alongside secondary floral notes. A piquant of spice freshens the finish and promotes another sip. A treat with roast pork tenderloin or classic pasta ragu.

Cantina di Negrar Corvina is also currently available by the glass in The Wine Press, Dundee's finest Wine Bar.

Consisting of 240 growers and 700 hectares, Cantina Valpolicella Negrar is a cooperative located just a few kilometres from Verona, in the heart of Valpolicella. The quality of Cantina Valpolicella Negrar’s wines is based on the pillars of generations of winegrowers, the men and women of Valpolicella, embracing environmental sustainability and a connection with the land.

Super soft Corvina wine.

I have been drinking Corvina wine for years, and this one is so so good. It is a great quaffing wine and for those of us who just want an easy quality wine to drink, then you cannot go past this one. It gives a soft black cherry flavour mixed with red berries and will go with most dishes other than a big bold winter dish. Love it.
