The palate is unctuous and enveloping, with hints of red fruit and spicy notes from the Grenache. It has a long and elegant finish. We recommend drink this wine with beef roast meat or game meats such as deer or partridge.
About the Producer
In 1865, the birth of Vallformosa was marked by the cultivation of vineyards near the Masía La Sala in Vilobí del Penedès, Barcelona. By 1938, the first bottles of Vallformosa cava were crafted, establishing the company as a responsible and sustainable producer. Environmental stewardship is at the core of their operations, with all wines requiring 40% less energy and 99% of waste being recycled. Additionally, Vallformosa is dedicated to promoting organic practices and currently 20% of their grapes are organically grown, with a goal to expand this percentage year after year.
