Cocchi Vermouth di Torino Extra Dry is produced by the Giulio Cocchi Spumanti company, this is a classic vermouth which was first produced in 1891. It is a very elegant vermouth which on its own has flavours of apple, melon and floral notes all perfectly balanced with the aromatic botanicals of cardamom, absinthe, coriander and angelica. Piedmontese mint and lemon peel offer herbaceous notes on the palate which all comes together to create the unique style of this beverage.
Cocchi Vermouth di Torino Extra Dry was created to enrich classic cocktails such as the Martini or Bamboo (40ml Cocchi Extra Dry mixed with 40ml of Dry Sherry, garnished with some lime zest and a sprig of basil). It can also be made as a long drink with tonic or soda or you can just sip it over ice.
