About the Producer
Ghislain Kohut's values are closely linked to the rural world, in its noblest sense, that of living in harmony with its surrounding environment, its land and its working tool: its land! ". A clairvoyant peasant and somewhat of a poet! He assumes this peasant connotation with pride. Ghislain compares his colleagues from Burgundy and himself to the “last of the Mohicans” who report and witness a know-how, an identity, with the aim of making them last to avoid falling into oblivion.
Vineyard and Winery
