About the Producer

Ghislain Kohut's values ​​are closely linked to the rural world, in its noblest sense, that of living in harmony with its surrounding environment, its land and its working tool: its land! To be a farmer “is to be the first to realize the arrival of the swallows, to be the one who remembers the weather several years later, to be a guarantor of the future and of memory because it is is the one who sees, who feels and who realizes. ". A clairvoyant peasant and somewhat of a poet! He assumes this peasant connotation with pride. Ghislain compares his colleagues from Burgundy and himself to the “last of the Mohicans” who report and witness a know-how, an identity, with the aim of making them last to avoid falling into oblivion.

Vineyard and Winery
