I Buongiorno Susumaniello has captured Salento's sun-drenched essence resulting in a deep purplish ruby colour in the glass. Aromatic notes of ripe berries and plum jam give way to a complex palate where spice, black pepper, and licorice nicely balance with the up front fruit. This structured red is a natural match for hearty Mediterranean fare—grilled lamb, pork spare ribs, and rich tomato-based pasta dishes all shine alongside it.

Teodosio Buongiorno, renowned restaurateur and extra-fine sommelier, produces for his elegant and refined clients the exquisite collection of wines “I Buongiorno”.
During his life, Teodosio has visited hundreds of wine cellars all around the world, in particular in Italy, France, California and Slovenia; he has never lost the pathos for knowledge and mutual exchange of opinions with oenologists, wine experts, agronomists and even farmers.
