Il Badalisc Pinot Grigio Delle Venezie is a ripe and textural white wine with an inviting aromatic profile. Expect bright notes of apple and peach on the nose, leading to a palate layered with orchard fruit that delivers weight, subtle spice, and a refreshing citrus acidity that lingers beautifully. This elegant Pinot Grigio pairs wonderfully with Caesar salad, pasta dishes featuring salmon or chicken, and light seafood preparations. Its crisp, delicate character makes it an ideal aperitif or everyday white for warm weather entertaining.
About the Producer
Established in 2003, Adria Vini is a winemaking venture jointly owned by Boutinot and Araldica Castelvero, the leading co-operative in the Monferrato hills of Piemonte. Our aim is to produce authentic, well-priced still and sparkling wines from local grape varieties. All aspects of production, from grape selection through to vinification, maturation, blending and bottling are meticulously overseen by Araldica's winemaking team of Claudio Manera and Lella Burdese. We source from a range of private growers and cooperatives, with whom we have long term relationships, principally in Veneto, Friuli, Lombardy, Sicily, Puglia, Abruzzo and Sardinia.
Vineyard and Winery
A selection of premium quality grapes were hand harvested from mature vineyards in the Veneto, northern Italy. The grapes were crushed and gently pressed and the juice allowed to settle and clarify before cool fermentation at 16 to 18C in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine spends 3 to 6 months on fine lees before bottling.
